ARTISTS FOR GAZA - SCALA

I photographed the deeply moving Artists for Gaza event at Scala, organised by Chris Sullivan in aid of Health Workers for Palestine. The evening was dedicated to the memory of Chris’s son Finbar, who was tragically killed in a knife attack on Primrose Hill the previous month.

Despite the circumstances, the event became a powerful celebration of music, solidarity and community, bringing together an extraordinary line-up including Suggs, Paul Weller, Kevin Rowland, Glen Matlock, Andy Mackay, Galliano, Natty Bo & The Top Cats, Gilles Peterson and Jerry Dammers. A deeply emotional and memorable evening to document.
